Clients must be 18 years or older to access our services. Minors (below 18) require parental or guardian consent.
Our services are available to individuals seeking support for personal well-being and are not meant for emergency situations.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All conversations and shared information will be kept strictly confidential unless:
- Required by Indian law enforcement (e.g., cases of self-harm, harm to others, or criminal activity).
- A court order demands disclosure.
Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide truthful information and engage respectfully.
Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior towards our team or other clients is strictly prohibited.
Clients should understand that our guidance is not professional therapy and should seek licensed professionals for clinical mental health concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Matter of Heart and its team members are not liable for any decisions made by clients based on the guidance provided.
We do not guarantee any specific results from our support sessions.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- A client violates these terms.
- A client requires clinical or medical intervention.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts following the laws of India.
